SHIPPING & RETURNS
All orders are processed within 3–5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email, unless otherwise stated in the product description. You will receive another notification once your order has been shipped.
All OHANABEADS jewelry is handmade to order.
Orders for the European Union are shipped from our warehouse in Poland.
International orders outside the EU are shipped from Ukraine via Ukrposhta (Ukrainian Postal Service).
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
Free Shipping
1. Free shipping to the USA for orders over €125
2. Free shipping to the EU and United Kingdom for orders over €125EUR.
3. Free international shipping (outside the USA, EU, and UK) for orders over 125€
Please note that free shipping does not apply to wholesale orders.
Customs, Duties & VAT
Your order may be subject to import duties, taxes, VAT, or customs fees once the shipment reaches your country. These charges are the responsibility of the buyer.
OHANABEADS is not responsible for customs delays or additional charges imposed by your country’s customs authorities.
How Do I Check My Order Status?
Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification containing a tracking number that you can use to check its status. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking information to become available.

RETURNS & REFUNDS
All OHANABEADS pieces are handmade and created individually to order.
Because of the handmade and made-to-order nature of our jewelry, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations once an order has been placed.
Please carefully review product descriptions, measurements, and photos before purchasing.

Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us immediately if your item is damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Each piece is handcrafted, therefore slight variations in oxidation, texture, finish, or small details may occur. These natural variations are part of the unique handmade character of OHANABEADS jewelry and are not considered defects.
