Because of the handmade and made-to-order nature of our jewelry, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations once an order has been placed.

Please carefully review all product descriptions, photos, sizes, and materials before purchasing.

## Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us immediately if:

- the item is damaged,

- defective,

- or if you received the wrong item.
